"The house is huge and they thought of everything. The location is absolutely perfect. Right at the edge of the desert but not completely shut off so that you are still able to freely drive to other spots during the day. The hotel offers a big variety of private activities at a very fair price. The staff is super friendly and quick at helping guests. The breakfast was okay."

"The hotel has a great location in Salalah’s beautiful Ateen Plain. It’s fairly new, which makes it clean and well-kept, with nice outdoor spaces to enjoy the pleasant weather. However, I didn’t like the breakfast—it was below expectations. I also had to book a room for five people, but it was not very comfortable as it was a long narrow room. Still, considering the heavy crowds during the Khareef season, the overall experience was acceptable and convenient."
