"Hi! My son Simon and I were so happy with the hotel U Pollera! Good location, good service, good hospitality! The breakfast bag we were given on the excursion, as the excursion started so early that we didn't have time to eat breakfast before we left, was very much appreciated! The breakfast buffet was fantastic."

"Always a warm welcome at the Pollera , have stopped here many times . Ideal location from the transport links & to the main square , both just a short walk . Old world charm of the hotel blends with it's modern facilities . Special mention must go to all the staff , brilliant service by all . Not to forget the lovely breakfast to start your day . Simply excellent !"

"The location of the hotel is quite good, a few minutes' walk from the old town and the train station Toruń Miasto. The room was quite spacious and equipped with everything you basically need."

"Good location near tram and bus stops. Lots of restaurants within 5-10 minutes walk. Exceptionally plentiful and tasty breakfast. Our suite was spacious with a separate bedroom, which is nice if you want to watch TV at night, without disturbing each other. Lots of TV channels, so I could find news in English. Larger bathroom than usual. There is also a mirror in the living room, so you could do your hair and make-up at the same time without waiting for each other in the morning. Fridge, kettle etc. in the room. The whole hotel was very clean and had welcoming staff."

"I liked the location - close to the Vistula River and Wawel. The hotel is beautiful with a cozy interior. The room was very comfortable. I really loved that it had a bathtub. The interior items were very stylish, and I was especially impressed by the real potted plant - very cute. Breakfasts were very good with a big variety. I also used the sauna and liked it a lot, although the relaxation area was a bit noisy because of some humming sound (probably ventilation). The gym is small, but it has dumbbells, kettlebells, and even a foam roller. I also have to mention the selection of very high‑quality toiletries in the hotel - that was a really nice touch."
