"Our stay at Puertas was incredible! Kate and Lisa went above and beyond to make us feel at home and help us all the way through our trip. The hotel is beautiful and fully equipped with a lot attention to details. We had trouble with one of our excursions and Kate helped us immensely and saved the day. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again!"

"The place it is just beautiful, the decoration is impecable. The room was very comfy with a good size, great bed. The shower was great. Breakfast was served on a cute picnic basket at the room. The location is very good, near restaurants and SunBay beach (short walk), and a short drive to the other main beaches. Kate was lovely. They store our luggage before and after so we could enjoy the day, and also a place to change after check out. The restaurant at the hotel is also very good."

"The personal and warm welcome from Kate when we arrived was very special. She made us feel very very welcome and was so friendly. We didn’t need her for anything since we were well taken care of, but knew if we needed any help she would be there for us to help."

"Fint litet hotell nära restauranger och strand. Trevligt rum med bra förvaring för kläder. Fin och god frukost även om jag hade föredragit surdegsbröd eller liknande istället för de söta som erbjöds. Trevligt med den stora gemensamma altanen. Bra att man fick låna både solstolar, strandhanddukar och kylväska från hotellet. Promenadavstånd till stranden. Även en lång strand men väldigt lite folk finns ca 20 minuters promenad bort. Uthyrning av golfbilar finns väldigt nära. En mycket bra restaurang finns i samma hus som hotellet."

"Sängen var alldeles för smal. Jag missförstod storleken på den då det var översatt till mitt språk. Alla sängar borde vara minst i storlek Queen/160cm. Saknade bra plats att hänga upp blöta handdukar. En stång skulle få plats i duschutrymmet. Tuppen som gol hela nätterna var väldigt störande, men det är inte hotellets fel. Mycket ljud på kvällen från restaurangköket som låg vägg i vägg med vårt rum på bottenvåningen."

"Decoração e arquitetura do hotel incríveis e em consonância com a história local assim como se integrava muito bem a natureza do local. O café da manhã no quarto deu-nos uma amostra da grande hospitalidade e ajudou na sensação de imersão da localidade. O serviço incluso de cadeiras de praia, toalhas de praia e fridge também são muito úteis e ajudaram muito na estadia."
