"My one bit of feedback : invest in more comfortable beds! The bed was one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve slept in for quite a while, and I’ve slept in several beds! The springs were awful and putting two si tbh le beds together to make a king size is noticeable and not desirable."

"Isabelle was absolutely fantastic. We had a few issues with car rental and flights (unrelated to Baia de Barca), but Isabelle made sure we were well taken care of and helped us navigate the difficulties. She made our Pico stay the best it could've been. We are so thankful! Our room was very clean with a breathtaking view of the ocean and Faial island."

"Honestly, we loved absolutely everything. The location was absolutely stunning, the view from the bedroom was breathtaking, the bed was very comfortable, the kitchen facilities fantastic and it was just perfect sitting outside on the picnic tables for breakfast and dinner overlooking the ocean. The pool area was gorgeous, nice and quiet and we loved the loungers again, overlooking the ocean and natural swimming pools. This has been by far the best accommodation that we have stayed at in the Azores, and the staff were lovely as well."

"We had the big split level appartement. Privy but what a view. Top floor with balcony was so nice. On one site the ocean from other bedroom view on Mountain Pico (when not in the clouds)"

"Living room was kind of basic for the enormous smoust of space. A bit of a luxery problem. Not really in the center of Madalena but that is tiny and spread out anyway"

"The breakfast had a nice variety of selections. The bacon wasn't always completely cooked but we brought this to our room and continued to fry it and enjoy it with eggs we had purchased. The bread and bakery selections were wonderful and the variety of coffee makers was a real surprise. The French press was used everyday!"

"Access to the water pool was trecherous. The facility pool was nice."
