Puwedeng magbigay ang staff sa 24-hour front desk ng tourist information at mag-ayos ng mga masahe, at pagpaparenta ng kotse at bisikleta. 600 metro ang layo ng City Market Bolhao mula sa accommodation, habang 15 minuto naman ang layo ng Palacio de Cristal gardens sa pamamagitan ng ruta na dumadaan sa University of Porto. Nakalagay sa loob ng limang minutong lakad ang Aliados Metro Station at São Bento Train Station na nag-aalok ng direktang access sa ibang bahagi ng lungsod. 20 minutong biyahe ang layo ng Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport mula sa OportoHouse.

"The location was excellent 5 min.walk from Sao Bento train station and 2 min walk for the Clerigos Tower.. The room was large with access to the garden (room A)..the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water..only downside was that the shower needs to be attached more securely..Access to the property was by code but iit was very easy to use ..Staff were excellent"
"Nothing much.. past reviews say that noise can be heard at night due to the location ( a couple of strip clubs near by ) but i can honestly say we didnt hear a thing . A lick of paint to the front door wouldnt go a miss."

The breakfast wasn’t sufficient with some pieces of bread, literally one slice of salami and one slice of cheese, although you get excellent coffe, natural juice and a slice of melon."
