"The pool was amazing for my back and joints. The hot water is amazing. Rooms are nice and cosy, the ac was turned on most of the time because it was super cold outside. The staff were very friendly and kind. The location is quiet and the sunset and sunrise view were lovely. There is ample parking as well, that's a huge plus in my book."

I liked everything, the only recommendation is more variety of food for breakfast. 4 days in a raw all dishes for breakfast were the same.

I didn't realise when I booked it how far from Risor town it is - 19km! The address says Risor and unless you look on a map, you cannot know its not actually in Risor, and I needed to be in Risor, but didn't go there by car so ended paying for very expensive taxis. You have to have a car to stay here.

it’s outdated! needs more activities for the kids.. or indoor playgrounds.. because of the heat and questioning weather they should have more means of transportation inside of the resort and include more varieties in the breakfast. They should have express check in and check out

Not the hotels fault directly but the rush to catch our flight due to the 3rd party flight company flying us to the airport made an addition stop on the way to the airport.

"The country charm is irresistible. We stayed here first in December and fell in love with this place. When snow covers the ground it looks magical. "The hotel ambience was very cosy and welcoming. Staying in a room facing the mountains was breath-taking and created a sense of calmness. The breakfast was lovely giving us a delightful taste of Uzbekistani food. Easy access to Amirsoy mountains Charvac Reservoir, Chimgan and also eateries including grocery store in the surroundings of Chorvoq. Having your own transport will give the needed access for these quaint places and meeting the kindhearted locals."

"The staff only spoke Malagas and French, but within days, the staff spoke to me in English, even the gardener. Very impressed. Wherever we wanted to eat, they were happy to accommodate. Amazing service. Thank you so much for a great stay. We will be back."

Extremely helpful, kind and hospitable. The path at the front of the hotel is perfect for a sunset or sunrise run/walk. The blend with nature is truly top! I loved it"

"Firstly, the staff - they were exceptional. The location was great with snorkelling on a reef just off the beach. We were there for 5 nights and the food was very good (except for one meal which was just average). Rooms were spacious and not too close together."

The beach for swimming could be better.

"Very good location. They have a restaurant so you are covered for food (which is not necessarily easy to find in the island). Very nice diving and very good diving instructor (Amy). Beautiful sunrise in the company of cute property dogs."
