Nakalagay ang Istrukturang Pang-Hotel Timor sa sentro ng Dili, 10 minutong biyahe mula sa Nicolau Lobato International Airport. 15 minutong lakad ito mula sa Timor Crocs National Stadium.

"Charming lobby - spacious, lovely old vibe, comfortable chairs, soft jazz music, friendly staff. Spacious clean bedrooms. Location provided oppportunities for walking around. Lovely swimming pool area. Whole place had a nice old Timor-Leste feeling. Coffee was good. Value for money was good."
