"走路200公尺就可到童玩節親水公園門口, 可以隨時回房間吹冷氣. 民宿主人林先生很熱心且會介紹宜蘭周遭好玩的景點, 還會準備免費的香蕉供房客食用. 他推薦我們去只有周六才有的冬山夜市. 停車方便. 房間冷氣夠強, 沒有菸味. 來來牛排走路1分鐘, 可以抽號碼後回房間吹冷氣等."
