"Front desk during the day was kind, he allowed us to stay till 14pm as we checked in at 3am. We didn’t attend breakfast but I believe it’s good. Wishing all the best to your business."

"Squeaky beds. Incorrect water setting. Dark furniture, gloomy room. Unsustainable shower cabin (moving off the wall) Would be better to show the room location to a guest while checking in, rather than handling a card and pointing to elevator."

"I had booked a standard room but was upgraded to an apartment for the night, which was a super surprise! The apartment itself was absolutely massive with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a kitchen/dining area - All very comfortable and modern. The staff were exceedingly helpful and kind at both check-in/-out, and also helped me with booking a taxi to the airport early the next morning. Highly recommended!"

"Friendly staff, hotel is not far from the airport (which is why I booked it). The deluxe family room actually consists of 2 connected rooms and is very spacious. The breakfast buffet was the most extensive breakfast we had on our 3+ weeks trip."

"The aircon didn't function well. It blows air, but I can't say the air was very cold. Thankfully it was not too hot and we could open several windows. The double bed is relatively comfortable (albeit with a hard mattress), but the single bed has a very hard and uncomfortable mattress (mattresses were the same in both rooms)."
