"The Penthouse suite was amazing, clean, airy, very specious and lovely decor throughout. It was equipped with everything you needed from oven/microwave to washing machine/dryer and TV's in each room. Towels were white as white as were the gowns and shower room immaculate! Housekeeping lady was so attentive to our needs, very friendly always smiling and hard working."

"Even if this property is not directly on the beach, you have both sides of the island available within a short drive. The smaller and more private (no one there!) bay is like 400 meters away, so morning dip in the sea or an evening sunset session is so cool. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. But the best is the staff - so friendly and helpful!"

"We are absolutely sold for life on the Genesis Residences,and are already trying to figure out when we can go back!!! We loved the owners and staff,absolutely bending over backwards to accommodate our every need.They even threw a Superbowl party and projected the game on a huge screen!!So fun!!!"

"We were so happy with our stay at Genesis! We were staying on the island at an Airbnb and let’s just say it was not as advertised. We saw online that Genesis Residence had availability and called right away. The island was completely sold out except for a few resorts way out of our price range. We were so happy with the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and all of its amenities! We will definitely be back!!!"
"Honestly not much. Beautiful room. The only thing negative was the cleaner smell/moth ball smell when we first checked in but we got used to it. We were just so happy to be in a clean, comfortable space."

"Nice, newer property central located in Anguilla. It is a 10-minute walk or quick drive to Cove Bay. Great beaches and restaurants are also easily accessible from this location. We had a fantastic dinner at Alfonso’s Restaurant - he will treat you like family! Geraldine at Genesis is on site and very helpful."
