Within 15 minutes of walking you can get directly to the city center and the harbour. The town park is within a 5 minute walk. Marna is a very friendly and humorous person as well. "The apartment was stocked with many basic food items: Bread, butter, margarine, tea, instant coffee, salt, pepper, sugar, juice, milk, coke, and snacks, to the best of my memory. This was essential because we arrived at 3:00 AM and had to be ready for a tour at 6:00 AM. Also, some of that is expensive to buy when you must leave it behind if you are only there a few days. We liked that there was a security guard there and the building and area felt safe. Laundry facilities."

The shower was a little on the smaller side, but other than that there was nothing I disliked.

فقط هناك شيء واحد لم يعجبني واتمنى ان يعملو على تحسينه.. المفروض يضعوا كارت على الباب الذي يحتوي على عبارة ( عدم الازعاج او الرجاء تنظيف غرفتي) لاننا نضطر كل يوم لابلاغ الارسيبشن ان يقوموا بتنظيف الغرفة واذا نسينا فأنهم لا يقوموا بتنظيفها الا بطلب من الزبون

Limited places to put clothes. Couldn’t work the outside blinds to shut out the street lights. Limited on street parking

"Once inside the apartment, it is a different story: the apartment is spacious, well-designed, and clean. Also, the view of the surrounding area is magnificent - it does welcome one to Addis Ababa. The apartment caretaker, Selechi, is very resourceful and helpful in providing any needed information; he will go a distance to help guests order food and drinks. Kudos Selechi; keep up the good work."

The train rail track in front of the apartment hotel makes it difficult for taxi drivers to pick up or drop off a guest. The rail track extends to about 2 miles past the hotel; the Chinese contractors need to revisit that project.

"We arrived after 8.30 so there was no one at the desk. However, the instructions to enter were very clear, and we got to our room successfully. On entry, it was really cold and not enough blankets, so sleep was not good on the first night.We didn't know how to turn on the heating and the TV was not set up. There was no milk to make a beverage, so we had to try and find a shop for the simple supplies. We found a number to call on the following day, "which was Sunday," and a very helpful young man sorted out the problems. Overall, our stay was pleasant,and once the issues were sorted, and staff are very friendly and helpful."

The fact that there was no basics for arrivals at night.

Not really suitable without a car, it’s quite a steep walk up from Camp’s Bay and then have to walk through the basement car park to access the apartments. I found it quite expensive just for a studio compared to other accommodation I have used but Camps Bay is a more expensive area.

There was no hot water in the studio apartment..at least they should have installed a hot water heater in the shower would be better. the WiFi keeps going on and off.The TV had only 4 to 5 channels.Well, it's Solomon Islands. Everything there is yet to be upgraded.
