The family is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to organize all my trips both around town and further afield. They are very knowledgeable and always happy to help with anything. It also meant a lot to know that the funds from the guest house support a school for the local community. Shower delivered temperatures after desire both cold/hot. The staff in the kitchen cooked us meals on order and delivered to the room, for such a low price also wow! Overall we had a peaceful wonderful stay here for 4 lovely nights🙏"

"The apartment is spotless and incredibly well-kept. The bedroom and bathroom are huge—honestly, it’s one of the most spacious bathrooms I’ve ever seen, and the hydromassage tub was a fantastic bonus! It would be perfect for families . The host is absolutely amazing; he went above and beyond by storing our luggage and even driving us to the city center. He was so helpful with everything."

"If you're visiting Malta this is an excellent place to stay. Sliema itself is a bustling harbour town with plenty bars, cafes, shops within ten minutes walk of hotel. Also within ten minutes walk is the harbour where you can book boat trips to Gozo and blue lagoon, and get a ferry to Valetta which takes ten minutes in itself (or around 8 euros in a Bolt) if you book a boat trip through Viator make sure this pickup point in Sliema is your closest one on Google maps. It'll be much more convenient. Facilities basic but clean and comfortable. Free bottled water at reception and coffee machine at reception. Some toilets aren't in the bedrooms but are very close and robes etc are provided. Would recommend."

Only thing is the busy road lots of noisy bikes so take some silicone ear plugs for at night if you're a sensitive sleeper. Although I slept okay most nights, and this will affect most hotels in the area.

"The property has a natural look/ design - which I loved - simple but with everything you need. The bed was especially comfortable. And we were right on the beach so slept to the sound of the sea and woke up to drink our morning coffee looking out to the sea. Really comfy beach beds and great service for food and drinks. The staff so friendly and welcoming - a great atmosphere- peaceful, spacious, tranquil. You can walk along the beach to other bars or restaurants with a much more hectic vibe- it always felt like a blessing to return to Happy Corner. We felt very lucky to have found such a place- a slice of paradise!"
