Apartment sa Turks at Caicos Islands

"I like the location of the hotel , the apartment was very nice and clean the person who gives us the key in the reception was very respectful and friendly"

The lady who worked in the restaurant of the hotel was not helpful

"Location near the sea and grocery store. Found also a home bakery nearby. Beautiful, a bit rustic town under pine trees. Sandy beach and lot of quiet streets to discover. Appartment was warm, nice, and had all the basic things. Lovely yard."

There was no bed sheet for the second bed (sofa), and when we opened the sofa, there was sand from the previous visitors. The hosts reacted to our request and it was cleaned. Some other tiny issues - only 2 mugs in the cupboard (4 glasses), and the 3rd cup was found on the floor of shower room. We missed washing up liquid and kitchen towels too.

Only 1 bathroom on the main floor and bedrooms on a different floor (yes, I knew it when I booked it, but it deserves mentioned as this apperas to be a general problem everywhere in Norway). Wifi did not work, even after calling the owner. We had to call and then mess around to get the heating to work in one room. There was parking but the host suggested that we park down by the street -- DOWN the hill, in the pouring rain. There should be better organized and marked parking spots per apartment (There are 3 at the location, sharing parking).

Steep, winding road up from town. Car access only, almost impossible to walk.

"The quietness, and it was warm, especially since it was raining all the time. The hosts are friendly and responsive."

He really takes care of his guests in every way and makes sure, you‘re always taken good care of. I can also recommend this place as very safe for solo female travelers. "Lovely area, close to a river walk and around 10 minutes walk to the centre of Buncrana. Lidl and Aldi are a 2-minute drive away. The apartment had everything we needed. Very cosy and clean. The host had kindly left us wheaten bread and some milk. A lovely lady ❤️"

"We had a very comfortable and quiet 2 week stay in the Sunset Room. The entire cottage is beautiful and immaculately kept by Demi. We had everything we needed to cook at home but also enjoyed many meals out at local restaurants. Our morning coffee on the balcony before our daily walks on Shoal Bay beach (5 min drive away) were a great way to start each day. Use of the laundry facilities was much appreciated. Hot shower, quality towels, linens and bath products. Demi was very helpful with recommendations. The location was great as we had a car to explore the island. Nothing in Anguilla is far. We loved everything about the island and would highly recommend any of the rooms at The Hidden Cottage."

Nos quedamos sin agua caliente, el 4to día. Esperabamos un resarcimiento. Si bien dijimos que no habia problemas, no era el servicio que habiamos contratado.

"On arrival 'Grandad' greeted us with a smile and a cup of 'ginger tea' 😊 The location is peaceful and on the edge of the forest. Only 15mins walking to seven eleven, shops, etc. The room was comfy and clean. Good value too. Bed was super comfy soft to firm! Easy to safely store our bicycles 🚴🚴 A great place to visit and Grandad may also show you around his collection of antiques. HIGHLY recommended 👌"

"The unit was very very clean. We were close to the beach. Walking distance. Beach towels , chairs and umbrella were available. There was a beach bar right on the beach that we ate at. We did not rent a car. We used M&M taxi while we were there. Awesome service. We also ate at Miss B. Another spot on the beach front. We enjoyed our time. Thank you. We were a party of three. Wifi was able to handle all your streaming needs."
