"The small fridge in the room is anoying, the door gets stuck because its in the caboured, they should rather put someting in it, even the two bottled water you get, stands on the desk, it should be in the fridge"

"The location was very good, close access to the airport and the center. The staff also is really polite. You get fruit every afternoon."

"The hotel is managed from Portugal, and the office there is very slow in responding. The payment links were invalid and when I managed to pay, hotel staff did not have the information until much later. I landed at 4am and I could not check in until 2pm. I had already informed the hotel, but the administration in Portugal never informed the local staff in Angola. My first day was horrible. When that evening I called for room service dinner, I was requested to go to the reception to pay!!! This completely defeats the purpose of room service. I just cancelled it The hotel needs some serious works to be up to standard for the price they charge. The bathrooms need change, the carpets, the air condition is old and loud in the rooms. Also - tea is watered down and if you manage instant coffee, this is your only option."

"I really, really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I had a great room facing the ocean with a balcony. You could see a beautiful sunset from my room every night. There was a really nice pool area with lounge chairs and umbrellas. The sea was about 50 metres away. There was a bit of rubbish around so I didn't swim in it. The hotel had a good breakfast. It's a bit far away from things but it's in a very local area. The atmosphere at night with the locals was great. The man who ran the bar about 50 metres from the hotel was very friendly. The people at the bar very nice too. There was not much English spoken but the locals made me feel very welcome. There's was a couple of other small bars and eating places nearby too. I also felt very safe in the area."

"I loved everything about the hotel, the experience was beyond impeccable. The reception Team, Janeth and Silvano, were incredible with communication and hospitality. I was amazed. Jany was incredible being super helpful, and knowledgeable too. Goncalves was extremely supportive during our stay. The ladies at the Menzanine area, were so friendly and kind. The gentleman at the rooftop was so great and made the best caipirinha. Bruna as a Comercial Director is doing a fantastic job with team. Excited to comeback already. Very appreciative of the care and attention to the detail too."
