"The location is gorgeous and loved the history of the fort. The view from the bay rooms was gorgeous. Room was lovely and spacious."

"It was a little tired in places. Lacked an area where you could have sit and have a drink outside of the beach bar which closes early. The staff were overall very friendly across the hotel everywhere apart from the beach bar where staff were snappy and stressed."

"Everything was great, the view from the balcony was exceptional. I like the little galley kitchen in the studio room. I could have sat on the balcony looking out to sea all day. Staff were very accomodating."

"The lifts were out of order so I had to haul my bags up two flights of stairs, for me not a big deal but someone else may have needed help."

"Across the road from the beach close to plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and on the bus route if you want to venture further afield, the boardwalk is nearby for a stroll /morning run, we weren’t expecting breakfast to be included so having that complimentary was a bonus."

"We booked two rooms and the disparity between these was significant, with one being particularly outdated and lacking facilities, this was eventually swapped after a couple of days."
