"Great location - close to the airport. Free private parking. If you arrive late and there are no spaces, you can park in the free public parking nearby. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It's quite clean and warm. Good WiFi. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Check-in and payment were easy. We'll be back."

"There were no tea and coffee facilities in the room. I thought that was part of the description., I may be wrong. The bed was really comfortable, the staff were so friendly and obliging. The shower room was clean and more than adequate. There was a switch to turn the bathroom fan off, which was a bonus. Breakfast was a pizza, it was a first for me, but quite tasty. That was all there was. it’s a bar downstairs that does tea and coffee. Though they did have English breakfast tea, which was really very pleasant. The staff are the strength of hotel milenium, nice people."

"No English speaking member of staff. I found the language barrier daunting. My fault I don’t know any Bulgarian. However, the receptionist captured an English speaking Bulgarian gentleman off the street, as he was walking his dog. Who did a wonderful job of interpreting for myself and the lovely receptionist. Thank you kind lady, for ordering me a taxi. I appreciated you very much."
