"The Resort was great, the staff were very friendly, and the facilities were good."

"The rooms were loud. You could hear people in other rooms. The air conditioning in our room had 3 settings, loud, loud and loud. So no air conditioning for us during the night. Bed sheets looked a little worn. Out mini fridge was not restocked for 4 days, but when reported they over stocked it with extra snacks."

"Beautiful location and hotel is beautiful. Staff were exceptional and this is what made the holiday. Enjoyed the little boat ride around the complex. Appreciated the facilities, tennis, shuttleboard, mini golf at no additional expense. The restaurants that we attended were also good."

"We had a few problems at check in and the room assigned wasn't what we had booked. We had to wait a day to get a room change but after this our new room was fine, but it did take a day out of our holiday. For the supposed standard of the hotel the toiletries were basic. There were no separate bath toiletries to use for the bath which you would expect and the shower gel/ toiletries are locked"

"This place is a little bit outside the center of Akumal, but that’s exactly what makes it so special. It feels like a hidden jungle escape, very peaceful and full of charm. The room is spacious and well equipped, with a kitchen that has everything you need and a good-sized bathroom. There’s parking available, dogs are welcome, and the property itself is beautiful, with two pools and a really relaxing atmosphere. But what truly makes this place stand out is the owners, they are incredibly kind and welcoming! I stayed four nights and honestly didn’t want to leave. I would 100% recommend this place."

"Espace de vie, piscine presque privative (peu fréquentée), proximité avec les principaux lieux à découvrir (Tulum, Coba, plage d'Akumal, nombreux cenotes, Playa del carmen, Xcaret, etc.), Présence d'un espace de détente avec prestations "zen" à 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement."

"L'accès aux infrastructures du complexe BAHIA PRINCIPE n'est plus possible sans une participation de 50 $US par personne et par jour (il l'était encore il y a quelques annees). Déceptif pour nos deux adolescents, mais à l'exception de certaines photos qui y font référence dans la présentation de l'appartement, la description n'en parle pas (j'aurai du être plus vigilant et ne pas me référer aux souvenirs de ma précédente location de ce bien)."
