"We had a long delay and arrived later than communicated, but the lady that received us was very professional and accommodative despite us arriving two hours later. The breakfast service was also great."

"The couch in the room could do with a bit of deep cleaning to remove the stain on it, and one of the beds is no longer offering the right support, as the springs are completely finished, so you'd basically sleep on the base if you are a heavyweight."
