"It is huge but somehow it is not prepared to accommodate the maximum number of guests: there was an insufficient amount of towels, mugs, kitchen utensils etc. Also, you need to contact them proactively before arrival because nobody will reach out to you. Payment was then done via a payment link using credit card info"
