Unfortunately there is no ventilation in the laundry other guests used dryer about 6pm and with no ventilation in the laundry, walls and door were dripping wet wen we went in after them. Couldnt leave outside laundry door open for security reasons.

"Attended Tauranga for a basketball tournament in March. The host was very accommodating to our needs and the property was gorgeous. In a very quiet and tranquil location."

"Quality accomodation in a rural setting. Comfortable beds with excellent bedding and pillows. Two bathrooms which was great for 2 couples (as it would be for a family) Eggs and fresh sour dough left for breakfast, with plunger coffee. Excellent heating."

The house is quite dated. Towels very shabby, I was glad we bought our own, even the dish cloth was used, one thing that sets an elevated experience from a mediocre one are the little touches, like fresh dishcloth. This is also the first air bnb we've ever stayed at where we've had to take our rubbish away with us. For the price, I was a little underwhelmed.
