"Great location, friendly host and beautiful and tranquil surroundings."

There is no place to get fresh tea or coffee at the accommodation or in the village unless you bring your own. A very small inconvenience because there is a great restaurant next to the monastery a few minutes drive away.

"We spent a family gathering at Kerca Bio Farm and it was the perfect location that met all of our needs. The houses are all lovely, each has its own unique atmosphere. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. The farm is quiet and peaceful, perfect for recharging. Within walking distance you can reach the forest for a light hike. The Zöld Terasse offers tasty handmade food options. The hosts are very kind. I’d absolutely recommend this place and would love to visit it again in the future :)"

The Zöld Terasse restaurant has limited options for food and drinks. The food is handmade so it took very long to be served (1-1.5hrs). I personally don’t mind a slow life but it was a bit stressful with a bigger family including kids (12people). So I wish there would have been better preparation or warning for this.

"Wonderful place in a nice quiet area with good standard of the rooms. The host is really nice and welcoming, always ready to help with anything you need. The atmosphere is relaxed and peaceful, making it a perfect getaway. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. "It's a lovely big property in a remote location, although the rooms we stayed in were old it's perfectly comfortable we joined for dinner which was a lamb asado and it was very nice, I'd suggest checking the price of a bottle of wine before you order as we ended up with one more expensive than we thought!. The breakfast was fairly basic but fine for us. It is quite expensive but for what it is, but it's also remote and there's really no other options unless you go to Gobernador."

"Beautiful house set in the middle of nature. We booked a larger room to have some more space and it was very big with a huge terrace which we loved. The farm itself was full of different fruit trees and plants and Santhosh was kind to show us around and explain what was what. He also organised a tuktuk tour in the forest for half a day which we really enjoyed. He let us know about a local festival happening in a town nearby and even drove us back after. Breakfast was great, and so was dinner which we asked for on the last evening. We booked this place to experience the peace and nature in Kerala and this is exactly what we got, would 100% reccommend!"

The shower in our bathroom didn't have hot water connected, so in order to use the hot water, we needed to use a bucket and a jug to shower. Pillow cases were not very soft.

Realised dishes and cutlery were not very clean when we wanted to eat. Possibly, previous travellers are to blame for this

"Great location, spacious flat with big bed. Location is great, we could walk to different locations and short drive to Santa Elena and Cloud Forest."

Unfortunately two scorpions got into the flat and we were not sure how. Fridge leaked water. Other than this the flat is really good.
