"Slightly away from town area, so less light pollution when observing Aurora at night. The glasses are clean so you definitely have a very clear view of the beautiful scenery around. Definitely recommend it, if you are looking to enjoy the view and Aurora in warm and cozy bed."
"The chalet is slightly away from the main building, it would be nice if the hotel can offer help with the luggage + lead the way to the chalet."
"It’s located about 2 kms away from the town centre, facing the fjord/sea. The whole hotel looks new, staff are friendly and welcoming, and the open deck outside the hotel restaurant is the perfect place to watch the sunset over the fjord/sea. The public bus to town stops right outside the hotel main entrance. Perched on a hill, the room windows look out over the fjord/sea, giving unobstructed views of the icebergs during the day and clear views of the aurora at night."

"Very good restaurant with amazing view on the Arctic Ocean. Extremly nice and helpful stuff. Located close to the airport (5 minutes by car) and to the city center (15 minutes on foot). Thank you Hotel Arctic for a great stay!!!!"

"The view from our room was the best we have ever had. The breakfast was great and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The walk to Ilulissat centre was around a 15 minute walk. We loved this as we could see a lot more of Ilulissat on the way into town."
"We requested a double bed and this was approved. When we arrived we had 2 single beds with mattresses that were too big for the bed. This was minor and did not impact our stay."
"I originally booked a junior suite , but the junior suites are the 5 series rooms which are on the lower level( although they are more expensive) upon checkin we didnt like the room much and requested to be moved to a smaller room but on higher floor. We were moved to a higher floor 7th (710) by this kind beautiful lady. 710 has amazing views, and we thought this was even better than the cabin ( we had stayed in cabin for 3 nights earlier). We saw whales on the last day from our windows"

"Breakfest was very good; the room was spacious, a small balcony and big windows overlooking the bay. This was a delux number though, and seemed to be only one in the hotel. Very good restaurant dishes."
"we had a suspition that the cleaning was not done daily, and that towels were not changed. The hotel is a 30 min walking from the town, and you need to be ready to walk uphill at least 30 % of the dustance boths ways. There is a bus however as well."
