"Mark is very hospitable owner, the apartment is clean and cosy, location is good. Mark was so kind to let us stay longer and check out late."

We didn't expect that "shared kitchen" means that the host is actually living and sleeping at the kitchen, but as we stayed for one night it was not a problem.

"Mama MIREKA highly recommend. She is such a beautiful host. House is immaculate yards are very tidy. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. loved listening to her speak of her children. the love in her eye's that that shows for her children and moko's that live in Aotearoa when speaking of them. As well as her belated husband. Thank you so much for everything and opening up your home and making us feel like family I will always remember the aroha that you have shown us whilst our visit to Rarotonga. I wish you nothing but the best. I hope anyone that books your house respects and appreciates you and your beautiful whare/ house that you work hard to maintain. The location is on 28 minute drive from Masjid e Nabawi. Taxi would be costly.

Ich persönlich bin kein Freund von Gemeinschaftsbad und -küche (war aber unmissverständlich so deklariert ;-) ).

"We’re on cycling trip - not a big hill to come up. Nice breakfast, garage for bikes. Beautiful view from the terrace. 2 Bars/restaurants 300 metres away."

"The view was absolutely stunning, and the service was truly excellent — the staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The kitchen was very well-equipped with all the necessary appliances, which made everything so convenient. We also loved the swing and theres free horse riding experience provided. it was such a unique and enjoyable touch."

The only minor downsides were that the jacuzzi water wasn’t hot during our stay, and there were quite a number of bugs at night, so it was a bit difficult to sit outside for long. Overall, though, it was a wonderful experience and we really enjoyed our time there.

"Very nice and special place, 15 min from the town (it's a beautiful walk along the beach). Placed tight at the beach. Very beautiful common areas with a great unique vibe. Eggs, onions and garlic for cooking available, coffee too. Andres is always around, very nice and helpful. Great atmosphere. Beautiful stars in the night."

You can only charge your electronic devices if you give them to Andres (which is easy enough though because he is around a lot). And it's understandable given the location of the hostel.

"She is one of the sweetest persons I ever met in Bhutan. The room was neat and clean and it was a very nice homestay. She took care of me and my friends so well. If you qre in Punakha, I would recommend to take her homestay rather than going to any hotel"

Nothing. She was superb. The stay was in a remote location. But if you have a car, it is still accessible

Dumbea sur Mer is basically a boring suburb of McMansion houses and a shopping mall.
