"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a problem with the heating in the room and on the third night they changed us to another room, which was great."

The first room we had was very cold as the heating was not working.

We did not know that we should climd a lot of stairs in order to reach the restaurant. It was difficult for our parents.

I did not like that not all public spaces like corridor leading to bedrooms and elevators were not air conditioned.

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!
