I also really liked the stylish and cozy bar area. The interior design is beautiful and thoughtfully done. You can clearly see the creative ideas behind the concept, all focused on making guests feel comfortable. The team work of the staff is impressive. Service is smooth and professional. The food is delicious, breakfasts and lunch were excellent. The spa area is another highlight, especially the hammam and the pool with refreshing ice cold water.Wonderful! Overall, a very comfortable and welcoming hotel that fully deserves a high rating. I would definitely stay here again."

The only downside is the soundproofing. You can hear what is happening in the hallway, especially when guests check in or out or use the shower nearby. The room 105 could benefit from better noise insulation.

I couldn't fault anything really, there was no milk in the room to have with the tea but having been to Amsterdam a few times I know this isn't really a thing for them.

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

The entire hotel area is lovely, set within a lush tropical garden that creates a very relaxing atmosphere. The pool is on the smaller side, but it is absolutely sufficient and pleasant. Breakfast and dinner were excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from."

The price of the hotel feels quite overpriced in my opinion; however, considering that this is the Seychelles, it is somewhat expected.

"The hotel is excellent in terms of location, cleanliness, internet, and proximity to Al-Raqqa Metro Station, Al-Ghurair Shopping Center, and various restaurants and shops. The reception staff were also very friendly and kind."

Some employees, in my opinion, have not been properly trained to charge all items such as water, tea, shampoo, toothbrush, towels, etc. when cleaning the room. I think this is a weakness that can be easily solved.

"Location was very good. Very central. We were met by very good front staff who allowed us to use the gym shower to freshen up after our arrival due to an early flight. They were most kind and even gave us a upgrade. This gesture transformed our stay. Thankyou. I know where I'll stay next time I'm in Auckland. Thankyou again to the wonderful staff."

"This hotel is at the higher end of the price range but i keep returning as they have an EXCELLENT restaurant and very professional friendly staff. Many of the staff are long term employees and are true hospitality staff. I just hope they are appreciated by Mendana senior management."

The reticulated TV system requires some work as reception is poor and the room lighting is not real good. Also, we stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms and the maintenance manager should be aware that many of the newly laid floor tiles are "drummy" and will require repairs very soon.

"The staff and managers were very kind and polite. The rooms and lobby is very clean. The WiFi was full free, but sometimes in some pleases signal was weak. The 24 hours drinking coffee , tea, cakes in lobby if very fantastic. U can use them free during 24 hours."

The lobby doesn't have any view to out ( I mean avenue and street ).
