"Comfortable, spacious and quiet rooms. Deep pool with total shade after 12pm, and friendly staff. Chet was especially talkative and made me feel very welcome."
"The breakfast could be improved. There are no nearby breakfast places so alternatively one needs to go to town to get breakfast. Unfortunately you can hear a lot of traffic noise at the pool from the big road."

"What an amazing room we had. Plus the owner and her manager Savuth were extremely helpful. The owner kept giving us fresh food from her garden, we almost needed another Tukk Tukk. Our room was amazing and the pool such a welcome site after a hot trek through Temples. Davuth was a wealth of info. Use him to book your tours."

The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with premium linens and very comfortable beds. The swimming pool was clean and refreshing, a highlight for both adults and kids. Breakfast was served from a menu, and every dish was tasty and satisfying. The Wi-Fi speed was excellent, which made planning our daily activities easy. "Amazing space with the kindest staff. We were greeted with fruit and they refused to let us pay for coffee one day, after serving it with treats by the pool. We got a spacious a/c room where we also got the best Khmer massages. The building is in a quiet area just a 5 minute ride from the city center and right next to Phare circus. They’re a new property yet as a guest it felt like they were doing everything right. We hope to come back someday!"

"Loin du centre - 10 minutes en tuk-tuk mais ceci nous n’a pas gêné. Hotel est située directement à la route principale donc beaucoup de bruit de circulation. Un peu dommage mais nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement."

"Its the best place to stay in Phnom Penh it has something to do with the atmosphere, when I stayed in more expensive places no one was able to create the same atmosphere as I experinced in this place. The staff is so sweet to everyone and they even make the best food even for me that is a vegetarian I will never grow tired of this menu with so many options for everyone and the prices are also the most reasonable in the entire area so its not expensive and you get a lot for your money every time.. Also the area is really good if you need food options and its close to everything with grab, and just a short walk to local markets and to the river. I have tried some places to stay but this is the absolute best one in all of Phnom Penh."
"After some correspondence nitial difficulty in getting the correct location/address, things worked out and checking was easy enough. The location was great only a short walk to Aeon mall, short ride to the night markets and river aide. Walking distance to awesome Bassac Lane. The owner Lily is absolutely lovely and happy to assist with what you need to be comfortable. Only downside was the mattress albeit comfortable was uneven and felt lumpy, but comfortable enough I could still get a good night's sleep. All in all I would recommend Lily's House to any travellers going to Phnom Penh."
