"The hotel itself is modern, and the rooms are impressively large and kept spotless with daily cleaning. A huge shoutout to the staff—they were genuinely helpful and made the stay much better. Breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of fresh options to choose from."

"There are a few areas that need immediate attention. First, the hot water in the shower never quite reached a comfortable temperature. Second, the Spa hours are misleading; it’s advertised until 8 PM but closed at 6 PM during my stay. Location : it’s in the old part of the city, which is charming by day, but the surrounding streets are quite dark at night."

"Location in the Old Town was excellent for our needs. Breakfast suited us well with plenty of variety but not extravagant. The view from Level 7 was outstanding. Our room was spacious with a nice view. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Entrance via a narrow track was a surprise. Decor is very retro, so think Yugoslavia rather than modern. There were essentially no power sockets in our room to charge devices unless we unplugged lamps. The bathroom drains smelt terrible however the staff fixed these promptly when we requested it."

"The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The location of the hotel is superb. The rooms are big, spacious and clean. The buffet was excellent, with variety to choose from and the view from the top floor restaurant is spectacular. I’d recommend to anyone who’s visiting Skopje."

"What a great hotel with glass lifts so you can see the clock tower and mosque but the best is the restaurant where the fabulous buffet breakfast is served with its breathtaking views all over Skopje, from the Fort to the Millennium Cross and even the statue of the Warrior on a Horse (Alexander the Great)! The hotel is in the Old Bazaar surrounded by beautiful shops, restaurants and cafes. All the attractions are an easy few minutes walk away. The hotel’s sign can be seen from everywhere making it really easy to find your way back. With the loveliest staff throughout the hotel, a very comfortable room, fabulous breakfast, in an excellent location and surprisingly it very quiet you too will enjoy it here!"
