"The staff were lovely and very friendly, the location was good. Breakfast was limited, however they made me fruit separately as I have a vegan diet. Hotel was clean, looks nearly built. Beds very comfortable."

"Pick up service was brilliant. The staff from Indonesia who picked me up at the port was super friendly. The location was good and quiet from the main street but not far from it."

"Breakfast was average but it is pretty normal in Local islands. The hardest thing for me is communication with the hotel. A lot of places are easy to communicate and response quickly but this place is the different to the others. Need a patient to get an answer."

"Mijn vriend was jarig en dit had ik aangegeven. Ze hadden het hele bed versierd en dat was heel erg leuk! Het bed ligt heerlijk. Je ligt niet aan het strand, maar met 5 minuten lopen ben je er."

"Маленький уютный отель. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Находится в 5-6 минутной близости от бикинибич. На завтраки рекомендую приходить раньше, т.к они не пополняются. Очень вкусный кофе. Каждый день уборка в номерах."

"Es un hotel nuevo. Las habitaciones están limpias, te cambian las toallas todos los días y además te dan toallas para la playa cada vez que necesites. Van a recogerte a la llegada del barco y te llevan cuando te vas. Todo han sido facilidades :)"

"Hotel je novi, čist i ima vrlo uslužno i ljubazno osoblje. Svakodnevno se ciste sobe i mijenjaju rucnici. Rucnici za plazu su veliki i dostupni svaki dan. Lokacija je izvrsna, blizu luke gdje nas je po dolasku cekao zaposlenik hotela koji je nas i prtljagu prevezao do hotela."

"Very good located new apartments with new equipment. We had only buffet breakfasts with a good selection continental and local food. The staff was pleasant. There is contruction going on all over the island now and around the hotel too. The area is bit noisy and the location of the reception/ dinning room too. We would still choose the hotel again."

"The room is big and comfortable, the bed is the largest bed i ve ever seen, everybody from the staff is super nice and kind! But for me the best feature is the backyard,right in front of the sea, you have a perfect sunset and in the evening it has cute little lights and tables and quiet, its perfect for relaxing! The location is also very nice, close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Breakfast buffet is very satisfying, with some differences every day, you can feel full for a lot of hours!!"

"We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in Patong, and overall we had a very positive experience. We tried two different room types, both of which were spacious, well-equipped, and comfortable. The value for money is excellent, and the prices are fair. One minor issue was that there was occasionally a slight sewage smell coming from the bathroom. In addition, housekeeping is only available until 5 PM, which may be less flexible in some situations. Aside from this, everything fully met our expectations. The staff truly deserves special mention: they were attentive, kind, and professional throughout our stay. I would especially like to thank Faye for her outstanding service and attention to detail, as well as Sonia and Dawan for their kindness and helpfulness. The hotel’s location is excellent, with everything easily accessible, and the rooms are well soundproofed, which is a big plus. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return. Thank you for everything!"
