"Staff were nice, the location is ideal - close to the main square in a busy and well lit area. Good that breakfast is included. The room was spacious, hot water and WiFi worked well. Appreciated having a fan to make it easier to sleep at night in the heat."
"There are roadworks on the street directly outside the hotel, it’s an absolute mess of rubble and tricky to walk through. The bed didn’t have any blanket/doona, I realise that it’s very hot in Piura but it was strange only having one thin sheet! The soap left on the bed wasn’t wrapped which was also unusual, and they didn’t provide any towels so we had to ask reception."

"This is an amazing vacation home that is much larger than it appears in the pictures, and much closer to the beach. From the back sliding doors, you are a few steps from the pool, then a grassy area and fire pit, and then the beach. The primary suite is huge, with a very comfortable king-size bed, and very private (entrance if from the pool area via a sliding glass wall). There is also a second en-suite with a king-size bed in the main house, as well as two more bedrooms and bathrooms. All the spaces are large and comfortable (we had 10 people and would have still been comfortable with a few more). The beach at Vichayito has soft, fine sand and during our stay the water was very moderate."
