"-uncomfortable pillows -cakes - could be better ( looked nice, but tasted so so) -reception-people who work there do not smile, they do not seem to be happy welcoming the guests ( especially the woman). This area needs real improvement. The only person there who really seems to be warm and friendly is a fair-skinned, short man who hands you a welcoming drink. -not all the waiters are friendly enough"

"It’s a lovely hotel with beautiful beach . Food was ok but queue to get food every day was long .. especially for dinner . Fridge full of drinks in a bedroom is a plus . Big selections of ice cream / deserts for kids Beautiful gardens around hotel ."

"The only minus for us was rude staff in reception and during the dinner. When we went for dinner many times we have been told table is reserved ( for Germans ) or we are not allowed to seat there as they closing a section and we have been walking around like idiots to find where can we seat."
