"The location was fine by me I prefer it quiet than noisy,still plenty of cafes and restaurants very close,The staff were very helpful if I asked anything and always cheerful"

My only minor complaint was the water pressure in the shower,still adequate but it was a perfect for me otherwise

"I had a wonderful and peaceful stay. The owner is such a lovely lady who greeted me with a warm smile on arrival. My room was large and comfortable overlooking the lovely pool. Breakfast was ordered the night before, a choice of Western or Asian food, served with a selection of fresh fruit. Nice restaurant choices nearby, old town is a 10 min walk. One morning at 5.45am I took a walk over the bridge to see the locals buying and selling fresh produce at the market, which was an interesting (and photo) experience. The memories show is less than 15 mins walk and a 'MUST do' while in Hoi An. Would definitely stay here next time."

"This review is based on budget v's expectations. The room is basic and was used as bag storage for the day (cheaper than bag locker), and a shower after the night bus. The room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed for £6"

"We had a wonderful stay! The location is beautiful – just a short walk to the old town, with stunning views of the rice fields. Our room was very spacious, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were super comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful – they gave us great tips for local food and trips, and even helped arrange transportation. We really appreciated their hospitality! Would definitely recommend staying here. 🤗"
